The Community Living Program is designed to offer a variety of residential alternatives, training and related supports that enable persons served to have the best quality of life through a coordinated program that strives to achieve community integration and inclusion. Services are planned and reviewed yearly in order to maximize a person’s independence in areas of daily living skills, personal health and safety, socialization, communication, recreation and skills exploration.

Hillcrest House

A group home which currently serves eight (8) persons with developmental and physical disabilities.
Village Green Apartments
July - 1991
A semi- independent, supported living apartment program which currently serves ten (10) persons with developmental and physical disabilities.
Weyland House
December - 1992
A supported living arrangement which currently serves four (4) persons with developmental and physical disabilities.
Grayling House
December - 1993
A supported living arrangement which currently serves three (3) persons with developmental and physical disabilities.
Pioneer House
December - 1993
A group home which currently serves five (5) persons with developmental and physical disabilities.
Carla House
January - 1997
A supported living arrangement which currently serves three (3) persons with developmental and physical disabilities.
Shepard House
July - 2003
A supported living arrangement serving 3 individuals with developmental and physical disabilities.
